Roughly a week and a half ago, me and my team had begun development on a new project. The goal of this project was to create a Narrative game. As the result of some brain storming, the team had concluded that we would create a story game based on the Horror genre. During the first week, a majority of it was discussion based, however we had planned to create a draft document which would outline the overall story.

After outlining the overall story and some of the key events within each act, we though it would be best to pick a specific act to prototype and fixate on that due to time restraints. As the Narrative Designer, I heavily lead this section of discussion and brainstorming, coming up with several different ideas for the story and communicating with my team to hear their opinions on the story. However, that being said, I felt as if this first draft felt rather rough around the edges. I decided that I would polish the draft and create a second one before planning to ask around and receive feedback on the games story. This would be done so that the story would be clear and concise before converting it into the template, beginning story boarding and the script for the chosen act.
