This week i decided to begin developing my turret AI. The turret rotates without clipping itself, tracking any target within range, including enemies. This makes it an enemy to the player and to the enemies in-game as well. Currently there is no way to destroy them, however later i wish to create a deflect mechanic which allows the player to return the projectiles back to the turret, locking onto it with the target system or even slash it to destroy it. Furthermore, the TargetSystem showcased within the video is from the Unreal Assets page, all i had done for that was adjust select values allowing for it to track the enemy from further away. As showcased in the video, you can see the TargetSystem tracking the enemy while wall running and every movement mode.
